What happens after I send the form?

You'll receive a personal reply from me within 24 hours. That first reply will usually confirm a few small details, ask any clarifying questions, and suggest a time for a relaxed conversation — usually by phone or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. There's no pressure and no obligation at any stage.

Is there a minimum budget or spend?

No. I arrange holidays across every budget — from a long weekend in the Cotswolds to a month-long honeymoon in the Pacific. What matters more than the number is that you share it openly, so I can focus on the choices that will make the biggest difference to your trip.

Do you charge a booking or planning fee?

No. My service is completely free to you — I'm paid by the holiday supplier once your booking is confirmed, in exactly the same way a high-street travel agent is. You'll never receive an invoice from me, and there are no hidden fees added to any price I quote.

How far in advance should I enquire?

For peak season (summer holidays, Christmas, and the most-sought destinations), I'd recommend enquiring six to nine months ahead. For shoulder season and off-peak travel, three to six months is usually plenty. That said, I've arranged extraordinary journeys at short notice on many occasions — so it's always worth asking.

Can you work with an existing booking?

In most cases, yes. If you've already booked flights, I can often build the rest of the journey around them — hotels, transfers, excursions and experiences. If you've booked a package elsewhere, the answer depends on the terms of that booking, but I'm always happy to look at it and advise honestly.

Is everything ATOL protected?

Yes. Every booking I arrange is fully financially protected — whether it involves commercial flights, private aviation, or ground-only arrangements. You'll receive formal ATOL documentation at the time of booking, and in most cases a 24/7 emergency contact for the duration of your travel.
